Join our crew! Founded in 2018, Alpha Marine was started to encourage everyone to embark on their own sailing adventure. In Singapore, we are currently best known for hosting sailcations and short trips on our yachts. But without the restrictions of the pandemic, we would usually be sailing around the world from Thailand to Japan.

We have 4 fabulous Yachts and a small but close knitted team of employees! You are welcome to join our family!

We are looking for crew member that are able to work with rotating Yacht captain, have good listening skill and able to take command from the Yacht captain when sailing the vessel. It is also important to be punctual, respectful and take care of the customers on board, assist them when they need any help within your duties. Must be willing to do some physical work in keeping the vessel clean. Alignment and understanding of our company's values and mission would help you to determine if this path would suit you and us.

Roles and responsibility:​

• Manage customers and provide excellent guest experience

• Managing and ensuring overall cleanliness and functionality of the boat

• Providing customer services to guests onboard (serving utensils, serving food and drinks, engaging guests in conversation)

• Cleaning and scrubbing of the deck before sail

• Inventory check

• Other adhoc jobs

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least an National ITE Certificate (Nitec) 

• A team player, meticulous and organized.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

​

Optional but preferred:

• PPCDL (Selected Candidates without PPCDL would be sponsored to take the license)
