Enjoy a four course meal specially prepared by well-renowned founder of Bespoke Dining Club chef, Samuel Quan as you listen to waves gently lapping up the sides of the boat. Having worked in renowned 3 Michelin-Starred French restaurant Les Amis and won numerous accolades since 2013, Samuel ‘s cooking is a unique experience of itself.
This cruise will take you to some of the more elusive Southern Islands in Singapore like Lazarus island and Kusu island for some exploration and relaxation. With some light sailing and a fine dining experience, this cruise makes for a perfect stay-cation get-away for you your loved one.

What to anticipate:
Day 1, from 1500:
Depart the Marina for St John’s Island
Explore St John's island before making your way to Kusu island to visit the tortoises that inhabit the island
Enjoy a candle-lit dinner on deck served by renowned Chef Samuel Quan, you have the option of choosing either dinner menu (A) or (B)
Bid farewell to your chef and enjoy the rest of the evening to yourself
Day 2, to 1000:
Rise and shine to a specially prepared boat breakfast of bread, eggs, fruit, coffee, juice and tea.
We depart for the marina at 9AM
*the breakfast menu is subject to change and will depend on what the captain can procure on the day of sailing.

All meals and snacks on board
